Milvus
Amplifying a Legacy

Overview
Milvus had been part of consumers’ everyday lives for years… even if many of them didn’t know it. Through Tila Alpina, a market-leading product in Spain, the brand had achieved something difficult to build: trust, quietly earned from behind the scenes.
Following its integration into Ángel Camacho, an iconic Spanish group we’ve been collaborating with for years, a new ambition emerged: to turn that legacy into a true platform for growth by expanding its herbal infusion portfolio.

Challenge
We started with an iconic product in the Spanish market, rooted in the pharmaceutical and botanical space, where credibility, provenance and efficacy are essential.
The challenge was twofold: to modernise Tila Alpina without alienating its loyal consumers, while laying the foundations for a portfolio architecture that could grow consistently and cohesively on shelf. In other words, we needed to be conservative enough to remain recognisable and preserve trust, yet bold enough to transform the offering and build relevance.

Proposal
After analysing the brand, its positioning and defining a solid strategy, one thing became clear: the answer was to evolve, not reinvent.
We drew on the brand’s storytelling — its botanical roots in León and its herbalist heritage — to build a strong, credible territory, bringing Milvus into the spotlight without competing with its flagship product, but rather amplifying its strength.
We developed a visual and verbal identity system that balances precision with natural sensitivity, where every element plays a role. From portfolio architecture to tone of voice, everything was designed to enable growth without losing authenticity.
