Overview
Ceva is a world-renowned veterinary laboratory, widely recognized for its expertise in companion animal health. With Douxo S3 already established as the #1 vet-recommended topical range for dermatological problems in dogs and cats, Ceva owned the field of science and professional trust. But this time, the ambition was different: open up a new territory — a daily care brand for dogs and cats, bridging the professional world and the mass market. That’s how Douxo Spa was born: a worldwide launch that began in the USA and is now rolling out across European markets.

Challenge
How do you build a brand that’s both premium and accessible, scientific yet approachable, disruptive yet trustworthy? That was the real challenge. Because in petcare, loyalty is scarce: owners switch brands as quickly as their dogs roll in the mud. The mission, then, was clear: to give them a real reason to stay.

Proposal
Inspired by a simple truth: a dog’s skin is as delicate as a baby’s —and nowadays dogs are truly treated as family members— we created a positioning around daily wellbeing. From there, we built a full visual identity that combine natural care with vet-level reassurance.
Bold, vibrant secondary colors and striking contrasts build a proprietary visual identity, anchored by Douxo’s powerful iconic blue. The result? A fresh, modern range that stands out on shelf, instantly recognizable and giving pet parents a reason to finally stick with one brand.
