Redefining sun care beyond the beach


Overview
As a made-in-Spain international beauty brand, Babaria is on a mission to shake up the sunscreen aisle, making sun care less seasonal. With Adventure, a limited edition launch, the goal was to liven up the sun care category and connect with a new kind of target: people who chase big adventures all year round. Their goal? To turn SPF into an everyday adventure. Our answer? A bold, sun-kissed yes.

Challenge
Babaria wanted to break the seasonal cliché by tapping into the rise of conscientious travel and everyday protection. The challenge was to reposition sunscreen as an essential and not just for beach days.
We grounded our approach in a solid category benchmark and then built a storytelling-driven concept brought to life through four bespoke illustrations, bold packaging design and a tactical in-store rollout. More than a packaging project, it was a strategic refresh of how sun care exists in people’s minds… and in their bags.
Proposal
Through a limited edition using the slogan “Tested by Adventurers”, we reimagined sun care as a go-anywhere essential, not just a beach bag must.
We built a visual universe with illustrations that spark dreams of fun destinations. Each product tells its own story, designed to be discovered, collected and protected. With a “to-go” packaging design, including a format with a carabiner that you can clip on your backpack, every detail is a rallying call for people with a sense of adventure in them.
Functional, aspirational and with a nomadic spirit, Adventure turns sun care into something you actually want to pack, even when there’s no beach in sight.
