Overview

In 1996, FELIWAY made its debut in veterinary clinics, and for the past 25 years, they’ve honed their expertise in feline behaviour. As cat lovers—and even more so as enthusiasts who thrive on tackling new challenges—we jumped at the chance to work paw-in-paw with FELIWAY to develop a 360º campaign for FELIWAY Optimum, a product designed to help cats’ stress.

Challenge

More than 93% of pet parents reported feeling greater peace of mind after just one month of using FELIWAY Optimum. However, it was essential not only to increase awareness among new customers but also to reinforce the message with existing ones. We brought the strategy to life through a 360º international campaign, centered on a TV spot and supported by social media videos, website integration, merchandising, and key industry event promotions.

Proposal

“For enhanced serenity and a happy family” perfectly captured the benefits of the product, balancing rational messaging with emotional appeal. From start to finish, the project adhered to a meticulous and ethical process, starting with an animatic to refine the storyline and align it with the brand’s vision, followed by a robomatic to streamline the shoot and keep our feline stars comfortable. With a skilled team of illustrators, directors, and experts, we brought our vision to life. Bonus? Working with some purr-fect companions who still pop up on TV to brighten our day!
